Beauty Is Blind (Cory Stratton) cut the splits of 28, 58, Betabcool N (Greg Merton) was the first to move before the half to mount her challenge. Beauty Is Blind was still on top of the field as the pack hit the ¾ pole in 1:27.3 Betabcool N was now ranging into contention on the outside at the top of the lane to overpower the early pacesetter to win by a length in 1:58 over Roll With Joy (Jim Taggart Jr.) with Moonlightandroses (Kyle Dibenedetto) finishing 3rd.
The pair of Jim Taggart Jr. and Greg Merton accounted for 6 wins on the card as they each had a driving triple and trainer Candance Brandstatter enjoyed a training double.
