Jim Devaux wins 3 on the day -Trevor One takes Open

As the temperatures begin to warm up so has Jim Devaux, this afternoon he won 3 consecutive races, including the Open Pace.  Trevor One made it 2 in a row in the Open ranks this week, in a busy race that saw 3 horses leave the gate for the lead, once the fracas settled down on the front end after a give and go between Heston’s Lucky Chip and Trevor One they hit the quarter pole in 28.1. with Hestons Lucky Chip still in front at the half in 58.4. Cory Stratton and Feelin Western were to first to start the outer flow at the half after a soft 30.3 second quarter with a half in 58.4.

In typical Brandon Parker fashion, he was 3 deep coming off the last turn with Nui Ba Den N, but it was Trevor One finding room along the rail after a pocket trip to get up for the win over Hestons Lucky Chip (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) and Nui Ba Den N to win in 1:55.3, LQ in 27.4

Trevor One is trained by Murray Bassen for owners Gray Thunder and Platinum Gold Stables, in the process won his 3rd race of the season and also set a seasonal record of 1:55.3

James Devaux also scored aboard Grey Bell 1:57.1 – $6.70 for trainer and sister in law Dawn Devaux and came back in the finale with Luck N Roll K in the fastest mile of the day of 1:54.3

Also on the card trainer Justin Sodano won a pair of races, winning the first race with Mighty Mr Sharkey N – 1:55.1 race with Luck N Roll K 1:55.3.
