Bruce Aldrich Jr. gets the Triple

No stranger to the winners circle, former Monticello Raceway multiple dash leading driver Bruce Aldrich visited the winners circle 3 times this afternoon.

Aldrich got on the board with Arrive In Style 2:00.4 – $13.80 who broke his maiden for trainer Tim Miller of New Berlin, NY. Next up was SBD Corazon 1:55.2 – $4.60, who defeated the 11 time winner this season Machlicious who finished second, Bruce and his wife Laura own the 5 year old gelding. Well Done Son scored in a 5-length romp in 1:56 – $6.80 for trainer Jim Doherty.

Brandon Parker won a pair this afternoon, first aboard Blazing Black 1:59.1 – $12.20 for Veronica Merton who earned a new lifetime record, John Bergers Springsarollin earned his first lifetime win in 2:03 – $14.00

The 3 wins on the card closed the gap between him and Leading dash driver James Taggart Jr., Bruce has 95 wins to Taggarts 108 wins.
