R8 Freddy Mac OPEN

While driver Jim Devaux continues to split his time between Monticello and Saratoga this afternoon for the third time this year he scored a driving triple, taking a division of the $7,600 Open Trot with a wire to wire win with Freddie Mac in 1:59.3 over ER Shawn (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) and With Our Luck (Brandon Parker) Freddie Mac is trained by Justin Sodan, Devuaxs other wins were with Dry Ridge Ace $4.90 – 1:58.4, Spicey P 1:58.1- $5.80.

R3 AWOL Hanover

Awol Hanover was able to find the finish line this afternnon for his second consective win , 4th of the year in the Open Trot. In the second dash of two Open Trots the 8 year old son of Donato Hanover scored in 2:01 for Mcgwire Sower over Makin Trouble K (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) and Onemoreswan (Jim Taggart Jr.)  Team Sowers had 2 winners on the day, the other win came with Rocks Fantasy who was immpressive in a 6 length romp in 1:57.4 to earn his 5th win of the year.

Also on the card were 2 divisions of the (NAADA) .  North American Amatuer Driving Association, the first heat was won by Scott Keppler driving Lincoln Tunnel 2:03.2 for trainer Steve Moore, Scott Keppler also own Lincoln Tunnel.  The second divison saw72 year old Andrew Byler score over 75 year old Alan Schwartz, Byler drove Living Proof I Am who score in 2:01.1.

The 13 year old Racingtowardsadream continues to chug along, this afternoon he notched his second win of the season for owner trainer Steven Ray in 2:01.4 – $14.00.
