R7 Backstreet Player

Cinnamon Stick who got away 5th was the first to move at the half as the positions remained unchanged on the front end.  Backstreet Player made his move down the backside as Cinnamon Stick was closing the gap passing the next station in 1:28.2, once clear Backstreet Player began to wear down Bully Boy to win by 2 lengths in 1:57.4 – $3.80  over a fast closing Cinnamon Stick was second, with Bully Boy third.

The winner was trained by Nicholas Devita, who had 2 winners on the day, the other being Kalypso, who earned a new lifetime mark of 1:57.3, the son of Lazarus was a 5 length winner. Thereisapaceforus made it 3 in a row team Aldrich in the fastest mile of the day 1:54.2 – $6.80.
