Fox Valley Charliz wins FM Open

This afternoon at Monticello Raceway on February 14, the $6,900 Filly and Mares Open went to Fox Valley Charliz in 1:57.3 for trainer Candace Brandstatter and was driven to the win by Brandon Parker, the 7-year-old Sportsmaster mare earned her 3rd win of the season for owners Jeff Fox and Eric Cohen. Mcgwire Sowers had a driving triple and Cory Stratton won a pair.
Frederick Bourgault scored a driving and training win on the card, he is tied with Candace Brandstatter and Bo Sowers, each with 9 wins for a 3 way tie for top trainer’s scoreboard.
Chris Petrelli had 2 training wins, his Penny Girl notched her 3 consecutive win with Cory Stratton in the bike.
